What we can offer you: Culture for Growth | Top Notch Employee Health & Well Being Benefits | Every Voice Matters | Global Reach The Opportunity: Work with our regional sales managers to develop and implement marketing plans to grow the business and build brand loyalty. The focus of this role will be to develop and manage new build or renovation projects from the planning and budgeting phase through confirmation or order placed. Also, focus on portfolio strategy, product road map, new product introduction, pricing, and overall product lifecycle management. * Support Business Management / Sales / Marketing team to develop and manage the activities for B2B Business * Utilize project management principles and methodologies to effectively plan, execute * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally and with external stakeholders. (across the US and Korea) * Conduct market and industry research to identify business opportunities and develop effective business strategies * Control product pricing to optimize profitability * Work closely with demand planners to update future project pipelines, plan on-hand stock, and identify potential risks such as lead time issues or shortages * Execute sales and marketing activities to drive revenue growth and achieve profit targets * Develop and implement sales support programs and promotional pricing to enhance revenue generation * Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth * Provide input into product pricing and positioning strategies to maximize market competitiveness and profitability * Scope and prioritize activities based on their potential impact on the business and customer satisfaction Job Requirements: * Bilingual in English & Korean * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field * 3+ years' experience is required * Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities * Knowledge of supply chain management principles * Strong communication skills Pay range $60,000 - $80,000, In addition to base pay this role is eligible for a bonus/commission plan At LG Electronics, we aspire to empower people and celebrate differences because we believe diversity will create the unexpected.
