Overview of Position The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the execution and management of various digital marketing campaigns and strategies. This role involves coordinating activities across different digital channels, supporting campaign execution, and analyzing performance to optimize results. II. Job Responsibilities * Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising. * Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and implementation of campaign assets and activities. * Support the creation and management of digital content, including web updates, paid media ads, email marketing, organic social content. * Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing platforms. * Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for optimization. * Manage marketing calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle other administrative tasks as needed. III. Scope The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an individual contributor that provides support on all digital initiatives. IV. Knowledge, Education, Skills & Abilities * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field * 1-3 years of experience with digital marketing - analytics, marketing automation, website management, inbound marketing, and PPC * Experience with Google Analytics a plus * Experience in implementing marketing strategy and campaigns * Experience with successful project management * Keen attention to detail * Self-directed and works well with minimal direction * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task At Medifast, Relationships Are At The Center Of What We Do!
