Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at a well-established manufacturer of drywall products in Woodland, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth operation of automated manufacturing machinery and facilities. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering a competitive wage ranging from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with automated manufacturing machinery to minimize downtime and ensure production efficiency. * Perform maintenance and repairs on forklifts and other industrial equipment to keep them in optimal working condition. * Utilize welding and fabrication skills to construct or repair equipment and structures as required. * Handle light electrical tasks; experience in low voltage electric and instrumentation is advantageous. * Ability to work various shifts as needed based on operational requirements. Requirements: * Previous experience in troubleshooting and repairing automated manufacturing machinery is essential. * Proficiency in forklift repair, welding, and fabrication techniques. * Basic understanding of light electrical systems (experience with low voltage electric is a plus). * Dependable with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Flexibility to work different shifts.
