Job Title: Senior Chemist Job Description: Join our dynamic In vitro team, where you will engage in vital research tasks focused on cell culture. As a Senior Chemist, you will handle biological samples such as plasma, blood, urine, and feces from both animal and human sources. Your responsibilities include running basic wet chemistry techniques like pipetting, cell counting, and centrifugation, as well as maintaining and growing cell lines for assays. You will be deeply involved in studies from start to finish, operating Mass Spec, performing extractions, seeding cells onto assay plates, harvesting plates, and running extractions. Qualifications & Requirements: * B.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related Life Science or Masters degree * MUST HAVE: minimum of 1-3 years of industry LC-MS, more preferred than GC-MS and HPLC. * Plus: Sterile cell culture experience. Maintaining stock of cells Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Madison, Wisconsin.
