Job Title COREtec Marketing Coordinator Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator will provide essential support to the COREtec marketing team, assisting with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring that all marketing activities run smoothly and efficiently. The candidate must be highly motivated, display great attention to detail and have a passion for branding, digital marketing, creative strategy and thoughtful design. The Coordinator will report to the Senior Marketing Manager. Responsibilities: * Assist in managing project timelines and facilitating communication between teams. * Effectively handle tight deadlines, unexpected delays, revisions, miscellaneous requests and changing priorities. * Support the execution of social media scheduling and posting. * Fulfill marketing needs for our key audiences/channels such as retail, builder, sales team, distributor and consumer. Work ranges from in-store merchandising, POP, presentations, and sales training tools to digital/print advertising, and social media. * Assist with the management of visual asset libraries. * Conduct basic market research to support marketing strategy development and needs. * Assist in planning and managing trade shows, conferences and events. * Handle various administrative duties to support the marketing department's overall goals. * Assist with ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. * Strong interpersonal skills with the desire to collaborate with team members. * Contribute to a culture that supports great creativity through curiosity, exploration and innovation.
