Full Time 301A US-1 Management/Leadership Day Shift * Position Summary * Provides leadership directly and through managers & supervisors for laboratory operations, as well as human resources management for assigned regional laboratories. Oversees leaders and reviews hiring and discipline recommendations as needed. Drives performance of regional sites by creating departmental and individual goals in alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Accountable for meeting all regulatory requirements, including training and competency assessments for all staff within their region. Approves regional budget requests and proposals. * Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) * Education: Bachelor's degree required. Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science degree preferred. Master's Degree preferred. (Industry experience will be considered in addition to education.) * License/Certifications: Certification as a Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or as a Categorical Technologist (e.g., C, H, MB, BB, M) by a recognized professional organization (e.g., ASCP, AMT) preferred. * Experience: 3 years leadership experience preferred. * Additional Skills/Requirements Required: May be asked to work at other sites/locations as needed.
