Why you're here To provide support to our project managers in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. What you'll deliver Exceptional administrative and management support to Project Managers to contribute to the successful delivery of client projects. How we'll measure it * Managing allowances/contingencies * Effective cash flow management * Accurate and timely reporting of project performance * Effective sub-contractor management * Positive client feedback and client satisfaction in line with organisational goals * Understanding of project vision and mutual expectations with respect to roles/responsibilities, work to be completed, timeframes and required outcomes * Effective and regular communication regarding inter-dependencies and other issues affecting the project(s) success * High % of project milestones delivered on time * Level of cooperation and engagement towards achieving project outcomes * Project reports (schedule, accoutrement, financials) * O&M manual, as built financial close out in timely manner * Quality assurance and quality control * Actions taken to identify and resolve risks and issues * Consistency of standards, technology solutions and process across local studio to achieve global brand capability, drive best practices and achieve efficiencies * Effective and regular reporting within Viewpoint/Vista What you're responsible for * Ensuring projects meet financial targets * Ensuring thorough understanding of project terms * Executing project delivery strategy * Managing client and supply chain management (project specific stakeholders) * Identifying and reporting risks to Project Manager and Principal, Delivery, where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices * Effective client communication throughout the Delivery phase * Project close out * Health and safety * Collaborating across disciplines, regions, studios * Managing the performance of consultants and subcontractors * Project documentation including quality control of documentation * Program/ schedule management * Implementing Delivery best standards/practices, processes and technology solutions within the studio to enhance the capability and effectiveness of the organisation * Ensuring alignment to culture, values and behaviours of Unispace Technical knowledge, skills and experience * H&S qualification * Construction and/or related Project management qualification (desired but not essential) * Experience with construction planning, estimating, budgeting and forecasting * Supporting multiple successful projects varying in size, value and complexity * Supported a project team * Financial - Progress claims / Invoices * Project procurement - Sub Contracts / Purchase orders * Sub contractor selection * Project management software and Microsoft office suite * Design & Build experience * Experience with commercial interior office fitouts * Knowledge of building codes and health &safety standards * Commercial awareness
