Our team is searching for a Sr Technical PM and in this role, you will play a pivotal part in the Technology Learning Experience on our National Operations Support team, focusing on developing and delivering training programs for technology teams. We collaborate with cross-functional business and technology development teams to address problems and implement new solutions. Responsibilities: * Assembles key players and champions internal working relationships across the enterprise encouraging the development of cross functional collaboration. Delegates project responsibilities and task interfaces, advises, motivates and leads the project work and resources involved within the project. Ensures timely activity, integration and efficiency of technical support and coordinates efficient use of resources to meet requirements with clear identification of task completion. Question ambiguous responsibilities and handle conflicts to an early resolution and call out any unresolved issues. Plays a support role with technical solutions ensuring all groups' responsibilities are included * Facilitate the creation of the project charter and examine project related technical documentation for completeness and latest versions and insure availability and distribution to all project team members. Insure required document review and approvals according to company standards and processes. * Facilitate creation of work breakdown structures, build and update project timelines/plans with actual and forecasted deliverables and handle deviations from plan. Analyze validity of schedules submitted by outside parties contributing to the project. Distribute schedules in various formats and detail to suit different users or audiences. Supervise actual project progress, compare to baseline and report progress against schedule. Document, acquire approval, and supervise all changes in project parameters. Produce detailed reports and notifications as appropriate and communicate project status to respective partners and project sponsor. Approve or recommend all required commitments and liaise with supplier and contractor representatives. * Identify Risks in projects and use validated PM techniques to assess and mitigate. Facilitate project risk reviews and appropriate mitigation. Examine risks associated with the work, proposed contracts and major changes, and make recommendations for handling or equitable sharing. Document the impacts on schedule of proposed changes and develop program solutions to minimize the impact and ensure alignment to time and scope. * Attend and/or host management and project team meetings as required keeping the project team advised and progressing including project reviews with partners as vital to perform ongoing assessments on the progress of projects * Upon project completion or premature cessation, close all project documentation and archive actual appropriate records and achievements for estimating future similar projects. Coordinate practical details of the transfer of the care, custody and control of the final product including assembly and transfer of operational and maintenance documentation. Provide recommendations of lessons learned for improvements in process and procedure both within the PM structure as well as across groups. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * 4-7 years validated experience as a program or product manager within a technology environment - preferably wireless coupled with a dynamic record of successful delivery of sophisticated solutions, systems, or services. * Solid background in learning and development, with experience in leading and delivering training programs for technology teams. * Proficiency in using Microsoft tools like Teams, Power BI, and SharePoint for virtual collaboration, data analytics, and content management. * Familiarity with instructional design and e-learning platforms and tools (ADDIE, Articulate, SCORM, xAPI, cmi5) for creating and delivering online training modules. * Effective communication and problem-solving skills. * Strategic approach with the ability to use data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and measure their effectiveness. * Ability to work closely with multi-functional teams and partners. * Passion for continuous learning and professional development. * Proficiency in learning experience platforms (LMS) and e-learning tools: Panopto and OnPoint. Education: * Bachelor's Degree in computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or combination of equivalent experience and education. Licenses and Certifications: * Project Management Professional (PMP) * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Base Pay Range: $94,100 - $169,700 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
