To help achieve this we are seeking a passionate individuals for the position of Sales Forecasting and Inventory Availability Analyst on our "Mega Channel" which is comprised of our Food, Convenience, ALT team. This role will leverage analytic capability and business acumen to help drive performance through improved forecasting and planning. Please apply today to start your journey. The Sales Forecasting and Inventory Availability Analyst role is charged with supporting accurate forecasting and item availability at retail. The role provides the commercial sales process with analysis, reporting and strategic guidance derived from the intendency of Haleon shipments (Open stock and display), retail and wholesaler sales and the associated customer projected Inventory levels. This role will combine the qualitative knowledge of the customer and commercial plan with analytic learning to improve commercial execution and efficacy. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: * Own the analytics and reporting of the end-to-end customer forecast, shipment and consumption process with the accountability of driving accuracy of forecast, understanding of inventory and associated risk and opportunities, drivers of variance and dynamics. Own effective reporting which represents the Mega Channel business. Memorialize key events and their impact to business. * Develop and maintain various methodologies to understand retailer in-stock levels with the purpose of improving forecasting accuracy. This may include direct data feeds, analytic calculations, field team input or other. Work with teams to share risk and opportunity. Create solutions which help drive business understanding and process. * Support monthly forecast feedback, change and actualization process. * Support the display planning and execution process through proper sizing of display opportunities and associated sell through impact on future month brand forecast. * Complete regular analysis of customers and marketplace to identify risk and opportunity. Share findings with recommendation. * Conduct retail availability assessment and benchmarking. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: * Bachelor's degree * Work experience within analytic, forecasting, demand planning, or order management areas. * Prior experiences which demonstrate heavy utilization and mastery of Excel, PowerBI or other data systems to drive understanding. Be able to demonstrate leveraging technology to gain insight from various data sources. This is a "Creator" role where creativity in approach is important to gaining insight. * Proficient In Microsoft365 suite of products, demonstrated ability to learn new technology platforms. * Resides in agreed upon geography. * Ability and willingness to travel to company meetings, customer meetings and industry conferences.
