Position: Night Crew Boss - Full Time Positions eligible to bid: all team members and department managers may apply to be considered. Candidates must be available to work within the hours directed by the store director to serve our guests, improve overall store operations and within the schedules of the collective bargaining agreement. Receive merchandise and verify accuracy of billing Effectively control inventory to reduce shrink and embrace a shrink free environment Unload pallets from trailer and place in respective aisles Ensure an orderly backroom at end of shift Monitor damaged merchandise an ensure proper protocols- Ensure safe and correct use of equipment to effectively create a safe environment Ensure cleaning and rotation programs are embraced Maintain accurate tag alignment and signage Supervise and train current and new stocking team members on all relevant department expectations. Provide effective coaching and feedback to enhance team's performance and drive true accountability. Provide in store leadership when absence of asd i, asd ii, or store director. Collaborate and work well with other team members Perform other duties assigned by store director Provide proper maintenance of all equipment and merchandise Monitor performance of floor cleaners to provide maximum store conditions Eligibility criteria: Able to work the required schedule Embrace effective scheduling Received "dominate guest satisfaction training" Received all food safety and general department safety training and can follow up and coach team members as needed.p.i.t.
