We are seeking a versatile, dedicated candidate with a positive, can-do attitude to join our team as Lead Creative Designer. In this role, you will work on a variety of creative campaigns and marketing projects designed to inspire travel to Pinellas County, home America's Best Beaches, leading cultural attractions, and world class dining. What Would You Do? * Creative Conceptualization & Design: Develop and design visually appealing content, including illustrations, graphics, and layouts for diverse projects. * Visual Content Creation: Shoot and edit photos, videos, and other creative assets that support various campaigns and projects that highlight the destination's unique attractions and experiences. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to understand project requests and provide constructive feedback for revisions and improvements. * Provide feedback: In collaboration with marketing team, direct, review, and provide feedback on visual content, including videos, graphics, photography, and other creative assets that are produced by our contracted vendors. * Asset Management: Organize and archive design assets, templates, and project files using Dropbox and Canto digital asset management (DAM) systems. * Industry Trends: Stay current with industry tools and trends to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and competitive. * Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure creative assets align with online marketing strategies, including website design and social media advertising. * Campaign Development: Contribute innovative ideas and solutions for marketing campaigns to engage our target audience effectively. What Do You Need To Have? Education: A degree in Graphic Design or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in an agency or a related environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and / or experience. * Technical Skills: * Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Video editing a plus. * Understanding of HTML/CSS. * Digital Savvy: Strong knowledge of social media and internet trends. * Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Organizational Skills: Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and support team organization. * Design Standards: Motivated to maintain and improve design standards. * Feedback: Willingness to listen to feedback and use it for continuous improvement. * Possession and maintenance of a valid Florida Driver's License at the time of hire. * Assignment to work a variety of work schedules including compulsory work periods in special, emergency, and/or disaster situations.
