Senior Manager, Consumer Finance What Will You Do? The Sr Manager, Consumer Finance is a crucial member of the team responsible for overseeing the consumer finance program. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional collaboration skills to effectively partner with finance vendors, internal teams, and marketing departments. The primary focus is on management of the overall program KPIs and developing robust marketing strategies to expand cardholder acquisition, encourage repeat purchases, and enhance customer retention. * Strategic Marketing Development: Create and execute dynamic marketing strategies in collaboration with finance vendors to boost cardholder acquisition, increase repeat purchases, and improve customer retention. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., IT, Sales, Marketing, E-commerce) to develop, implement, and maintain an efficient and user-friendly customer application and checkout process. * Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of consumer finance programs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. * Vendor Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with finance vendors, ensuring alignment on program goals and objectives. * Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer journey related to financing options, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. * Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
