Bethany Village Assisted Living is now hiring a Senior Lifestyle Specialist/Sales and Marketing Director The Senior Lifestyle Specialist/Director of Sales & Marketing is a valued member of the leadership team that is responsible for driving occupancy and reaching set forth goals in the community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies through preparation of a strategic sales plan. * Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention, and new business development goals. * Motivate and inspire team members to meet established sales targets. * Proactively build opportunities for ongoing development of community partnerships.
