About the Position: The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and advocacy. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement campaigns that support customer success and drive business growth. As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will: * Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and advocacy. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives. * Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns. * Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, case studies, and customer events. * Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve performance. * Develop and maintain customer segmentation and personalization strategies. * Manage customer advocacy programs, including customer testimonials, case studies, and reference programs. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
