Job Description: The Supply Chain Director role is responsible for leading the supply chain strategy and structure in Axalta's Mobility business. In this position you will also support both the Operations and Commercial team by making decisions related to: * Management of the end-to-end supply chain for in the Mobility business. * Improve supply chain capabilities (people, process, tools) required to plan shipment of products at consistent service levels. * Collaborates with key stakeholders to understand Supply Chain needs. * Develops forecasts and implementation plans to ensure goals are achieved. * Drive continuous improvement across the organization including efficiency targets, inventory service improvement, as well as building effective business management processes. Qualifications Required: * BS/BA in business administration and/or supply chain/logistics. * 5+ years of broad supply chain experience preferably automotive industry or similar. * 3+ years of experience leading in a matrixed global organization. * A strong communicator and decision maker. Able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. * Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics. * Excel and SAP experience. * Up to 25% travel. Preferred: * Just in time (JIT) and/or batch manufacturing strongly preferred.
