You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. BASIC REQUIREMENT(S): Degree: Social work. Must fulfill all of the requirements for the master's degree in social work in a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Licensure: Applicant must have a current, unrestricted Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in a State within the continental United States or its territories. In addition to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: GS-11 grade level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Examples Include: Performed and planned bio-psycho-social assessments, evaluate cases and gather case reports, consults on psycho-social issues and advocates for patients, monitors progress of high-risk patients, created a plan to provide the care serve and coordinates with treatment programs, and serves as a liaison between a client and the service provider. OR Completed Three (3) years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or equivalent doctoral degree that is directly related to the work of the position; OR Combination of education and experience, in one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field, that when combined fully meet the minimum qualifications for this position. Time In Grade Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level.
