Requirements * 10 years of hands-on experience in warehouse and personnel management * Experience with an ERP/WMS system * Excellent communication and analytical skills * Superior attention to detail Assistant Warehouse Manager Duties Oversee daily warehouse operations, manage supervisors and other warehouse team members, assign responsibilities, ensure performance goals are met, prioritize safety, supervise inventory reporting (cycle counting and reconciliation), safely operate forklifts, accurately use an RF scanner, foster a motivated and positive work environment, train other employees, and lift 50 pounds as needed.
