The Basics: As an Accounting Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by getting exposed to multiple areas within the accounting function. What you'll do: * Participate in internal audit walkthroughs for various business processes * Assist with documenting business processes * Obtain experience with accounts payable responsibilities * Prepare detailed flux analysis explanations * Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations * Collaborate on ad hoc projects * Assist with gathering support for the external auditors We're looking for someone with: * Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance * Set to graduate Fall of 2025 or Spring 2026 * Maintaining a GPA of 3.5 or higher * Keen interest in learning * Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Must be a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills What you'll get: The hourly rate for this internship is $27 USD per hour. This hourly rate is an estimate for what Tanium will pay an intern. The actual rate offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an hourly rate, interns will be eligible for 401k matching and a monthly allowance for communications reimbursement.
