What you'll do... Work collaboratively with product Manager, Product Owner and scrum team to design and deliver User stories. Engage in innovative problem-solving activities, requiring conceptual thinking creating 'out of the box' solutions with prototypes and pilots. Utilize TDD practices to ensure delivery of high-quality code with low rates of production defects. Bring to bear your experience leveraging best in class tools and technologies (CI/CD, cloud computing, web service development) to refine and improve software development practices for your team. Experience and familiarity building modern Spring applications with Spring Boot; Strong background with Spring and related projects. You'll have... Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related equivalent field 5+ years of software development experience. 1+ years of experience of practical implementations of CI/CD tools (i.e., Jenkins, GIT, SonarQube, Splunk). 1+ years of technical expertise in cloud Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technologies like Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure. Even better, you may have... Master's degree in computer science, Field of Engineering or related equivalent field 7+ years of software development experience. 2+ years of experience of practical implementations of CI/CD tools (i.e., Jenkins, GIT, SonarQube, Splunk). 2+ years of technical expertise in cloud Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technologies like Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure. Deep technical hands-on experience developing Applications using Java, Hibernate, Web Services (REST), Messaging and other Spring related technologies (i.e. Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Services) (minimum 5 year of experience) An understanding of the principles of Microservice and how to implement such an architecture using Spring WS, Rest patterns, OAuth2.0, Swagger etc. and understanding of design for scalability, performance, and reliability (minimum 2 year of experience) Practical experience of using Redis Cache and PCF Single-Sign-On Knowledge of testing tools like Junit, mockito and REST Assured. (minimum 3 years of experience) Experience in working with MS SQL Server (minimum 3 years of experience) Hands on experience of Performance and Stress testing skills (Jmeter etc.) (minimum 1 years of experience) Experience of creating - Splunk Dashboard, Reporting and Alerts Demonstrable experience working in a fast paced agile environment. Experience working with build tool i.e. Gradle (minimum 2 years of experience) Experience in Application monitoring tool i.e. DynaTrace and distributed tracking using Sleuth.
