ABOUT RIVER CROSSING YMCA River Crossing YMCA is a charitable, nonprofit organization committed to strengthening our communities through membership and programs that foster youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility for all. Content Creator Salary: $48,000 - $52,000 per year Content Creator Responsibilities: * Utilize multiple media types (e.g. video, photo, reel) that highlights who we are as an organization and our impact on the community while driving engagement with our audiences across multiple platforms * Collaborate with staff to identify and coordinate on-brand social posts that showcase the values and impact of the organization * Contribute to the planning and implementation of innovative and strategic content, from traditional to new formats, and do so from inception through completion * Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor the performance of content using data and feedback to refine content strategies and ensure they are effective and aligned with marketing goals * Support capturing video and photography across the four counties we serve * Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences * Represent the marketing team on committees and serve as liaison for organizational events and initiatives Content Creator Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field required * 2+ years of related work experience planning and creating content.
