Role Purpose The Digital Marketing and Social Media (SM) specialist is responsible for support creating and implementing effective digital marketing strategies and optimizing them based on data analysis to drive growth, engagement, and conversion through social media channels. The analyst supports ensuring campaigns are aligned to the brand positioning and business objectives. He/she supports the development of MarComms-related digital development roadmap, including the strategic rollout of new features and functions on Chubb.com and other digital platforms. Key Responsibilities * Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. * Build and report performance of digital marketing initiatives key performance indicators. * Create and manage daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. * Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content * Monitor all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community * Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules to ensure a consistent brand message. * Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data, metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. * Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. * Analyze SM trends and data to inform effective digital marketing strategies. * Collaborate with the digital and creative agencies and/or in-house designer and/or members of the marketing and creative teams to develop integrated campaigns across various channels. Support identify and develop winning creatives. * Support monitor and manage SM accounts and respond to inquiries and feedback. * Identify potential areas for improvement and making recommendations for changes to increase engagement and conversion. * Liaison with local teams to manage content and ensure timely updates of the country's chubb.com pages, supporting, and guiding the rollout of new features and functions on Chubb.com. * Stay up to date with changes in SM algorithms and digital marketing best practices. * Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization * Communicate with industry professionals and influencers through social media to create influencer activations and Influencer marketing strategies. * Create and manage Influencer marketing strategies.
