Position Purpose: To plan, organize, and deliver value-driven skill development programs to participants in accordance with YMCA goals and objectives. Responsibilities: * Plans, organizes and leads specific activities, routines and/or games for all participants. * Leads with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program. * Organizes and maintains program records including, but not limited to attendance records, rosters, etc. * Manages all equipment. * Maintains a clean and risk-free environment. * Communicates effectively and timely with program participants and parents. * Ensures all children are picked up by parent. * Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person. * Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures. * Performs other related duties as assigned.
