Job Title: Tennis Instructor Branch: Upper Main Line Pay Class: Part Time Shifts Available: Various Rate: $25.00 - $31.71 About the YMCA of Greater Brandywine: Named a 2024 Top Workplace by the Philadelphia Inquirer, the YMCA of Greater Brandywine (YGBW), an association of nine YMCAs serving Chester County, is a non-profit organization committed to nurturing the potential of every child, promoting healthy living and fostering social responsibility through life-changing programs for all. Position Purpose: To plan, organize, and deliver value-driven skill development programs to participants in accordance with YMCA goals and objectives. Responsibilities: * Plans, organizes and leads specific activities, routines and/or games for all participants. * Leads with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program. * Organizes and maintains program records including, but not limited to attendance records, rosters, etc. * Manages all equipment. * Maintains a clean and risk-free environment. * Communicates effectively and timely with program participants and parents. * Ensures all children are picked up by parent. * Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person. * Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures. * Performs other related duties as assigned.
