About the Opportunity: GSG is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our team by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client, legal entity, and trade data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The successful consultant will play a key role in updating and reconciling essential data, preparing it for a seamless migration to our new system. Responsibilities: Client Contact Information Reconciliation: *
  • Reconcile and update client and affiliated party contact information in CRM. * Obtain Know Your Customer (KYC) data for each account. * Collect affiliation data from a compliance's remediation project and recent accounts. * Cross-check and reconcile data with the firms compliance affiliation spreadsheets. * Collaborate with the Client Service Team to review and validate the accuracy of the reconciled data. * Update records in client compliance as needed, including initiating new Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews if necessary. * Ensure all required fields are present in the CRM. * Format and prepare spreadsheets for uploading into the CRM and perform quality control (Q/C) post-upload. Legal Entity Records Management: *
  • Complete missing data for legal entities in CRM using the forms and templates in the client's system. * Ensure all necessary fields are available in CRM. * Transfer applicable data from compliance affiliation spreadsheets to CRM. * Work closely with stakeholders to gather and input any additional missing data. Trade Blotter Data Entry: *
  • Ensure the trade blotter data from is complete and accurate in CRM. * Obtain trade blotter data from Broadridge. * Manually enter missing data into CRM after adding necessary fields. * Adapt the process as needed based on the quality of data from Broadridge. Requirements: * Bachelors degree. * Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with CRM systems. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Familiarity with financial services, KYC data, and compliance-related data entry is a plus.
