Job Summary: Lockwood Hills Federal is seeking a Technical Program Manager to organizing and oversee work in support of an Advanced Distributed Learning Initiative. The Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Initiative bridges across US Government agencies to encourage collaboration, facilitate interoperability, and promote best practices for using distributed learning to provide the highest-quality education, training, informal learning. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: * Supports the program manager and leads acquisition execution efforts in the detailed execution of contracted work. * This includes strategic planning, requirements development, acquisition strategy development, execution monitoring and deliverables evaluation for all work performed under this contract, verifying the quality of the work, managing schedules, ensuring timely and accurate response to government information requests, and supporting day-to-day operations for an R&D, acquisition, and sustainment team under this contract. * This position requires superb project/program management skills, experience with quality control, experience with program management applications, strong time-management and business administration skills, and strong detail- oriented organizational abilities. * Occasional travel will be needed. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree * Minimum eight (8) years of experience in Program Management for DoD programs * Must be US Citizen able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance (or higher) * Familiarity with Learning Architecture technology and DoD systems; experience in DoD training requirements, definition, documentation, and systems acquisition * Experience overseeing quality control and process development for integrated database systems in a DoD environment * Understanding of development of Acquisition Strategy, program execution, deliverables management, key performance indicators, and value estimation * Experience in program development efforts to include staffing, training, equipment purchases, invoices and managing to cost and schedule requirements * Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written * Experience coordinating, leading, and supporting government and industry working groups and communities of practice. * Demonstrated experience successfully interacting with senior military and Government officials at the strategic level * Experience in DoD administrative processes, procedures, policies, and functions * Experience supporting distributed learning, learning science, marketing and public relations Desired Qualifications: * Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Level II Certification * Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification * ScrumMaster Certification * Knowledge of DoD distributed learning initiatives, programs, missions, policies, objectives, culture and protocol * Active DoD Secret clearance or higher Posted Salary Range $140,000 - $160,000 Benefits Information Regular - The company offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and a range of other voluntary benefits.
