Schedule: Full-time Shift : Evenings Location: 7700 S BROADWAY, Littleton, 80122 The role you'll contribute: Responsible for developing, achieving, and maintaining the goals of a unit or department by focusing on the unit or department's daily operations. Consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. Collaboratively works with nurse leaders in maintaining productivity, supporting initiatives, and ensuring units/departments are appropriately staffed. Will assist in identifying staff development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: + _Bachelor's degree in nursing_ + _BSN_ + _2 years clinical RN experience_ + _1year clinical leadership_ + RN License to practice in CO + Credential Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association + Additional competencies to align with annual competency grid. + Nursing Specialty Certification + Must achieve and maintain professional certification within two years of becoming ANM.
