The reporting location for this position is at Headquarters in Sacramento. This position will work under the general direction of the Chief Counsel. This position performs sensitive legal services with broad discretion. As assigned, the position acts as lead to provide assistance to the Chief Counsel regarding Law Enforcement matters as needed and provides legal advice and assistance on legal activities associated with the Department's Law Enforcement issues.
