Pay: $25/hr 1st shift Hours: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed CNC Machinist Responsibilities: * Operate and control metal-cutting and related processing. * Execute standard work and troubleshoot issues as needed. * Assist in training, assigning, and checking the work of less experienced machinists. * Track and report shift performance using GEMBA boards and conduct root-cause analysis. * Document all training provided. * Perform quality audits and complete PRs and ECN reports as required. Requirements: High school diploma/GED, 5+ years of related experience(CNC/Saw/Lathe/forklift/pallet jack), strong communication/troubleshooting/problem-solving/interpersonal/leadership/organizational skills, a thorough understanding of M-Code and G-Code programming, experience in ERP systems, possess a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process related to assigned production cell(s), and be capable of standing for extended periods and lifting 50 pounds.
