Responsibilities The Strategist provides consultative and analytical services, contributing to strategies for sites, shields, and other corporate priorities both independently and under the direction of a manager, director, or chair. Responsible for ensuring deliverables are met and outcomes achieved of the assigned projects. Partners across multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation, challenge the status quo and implement solutions and programs to advance priorities. Serves as a thought partner providing strategic direction through analysis and insights that provide implications to our business model and drives strategic choices and the planning process in line with the long-term strategic plan. Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships with both internal and external partners. Serves as change agent, championing agile ways of thinking and working to enable teams and individuals for success. Drives excellence in financial acumen, communication (verbal, written and presentations), business and strategic planning, performance monitoring and reporting. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvement. * Collaborate with senior management to define strategic goals and priorities. * Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership. * This position is a combination of remote and onsite support work. Individual must live within driving distance to one of the Mayo Clinic sites. This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship / we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position. During the selection process, you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question - Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or a Master's degree and 3 years of experience. Experience in strategic intelligence, strategic planning, strategy development, client services, business or management consulting, project management, operations, analysis or health care. Exemption Status Exempt Compensation Detail $122,387.20 - $177,444.80 / year. Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
