PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY * Provides leadership, support and guidance to Dining team * Interacts effectively with residents, families and staff * Directs food service for three small but busy outlets on campus * Maintains DPH and EOEA regulatory standards through documentation, daily rounds, pre-audits * Develops diverse menus and maintains inventory * Responsible for scheduling and payroll KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE * Degree in Culinary Arts preferred * Strong background (3-5 yrs) in high end, fast-paced food production/management * Demonstrated experience with consistently producing quality meals * Prior senior living and/or skilled nursing experience a plus * ServeSafe, Food Management Certification or CDM and CPR certifications or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire Job Requirements: There is nothing common about The Commons in Lincoln.
