Overview CHENEGA HEALTHCARE SERVICES, LLC Rockville, MD The Profiling QC Specialist shall be responsible for providing direction for document processing activities, with a focus on Document Profiling, Processing error mitigation, volume reporting and staff training. Responsibilities * Ensuring all detail checks are processed in accordance with DPC SOP Manual. * Performing quality control checks on internally generated documents to ensure that documents submitted by the NRC in mixed format consisting of electronic files and paper documents and documents consisting of multiple electronic files are packaged and entered into ADAMS in the order defined by the NRC staff. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * High School diploma or GED * Minimum three (3) years experience in a production control operation supporting a document production organization or similar with a focus on quality control, Preferred * Possess an Active Secret Clearance Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * US Military/ Federal Government experience, Preferred * Strong customer service skills. * Ability to follow oral and written directions. * Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Physical Demands (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
