This Supply Chain function is responsible for the Procurement, Scheduling, Planning and warehousing of all raw materials and finished goods. The Supply Chain Associate will have the opportunity to become an instrumental part of the daily Supply Chain activities, including, Purchasing, Planning, Scheduling, Analytics and Warehousing & Distribution. This position will support various aspects of the Supply Chain. This position will work with Supply Chain processes, systems and tools as well as focus on the build out of certain processes to enhance the business. This individual will need to be highly motivated, seek to learn and understand the processes and tools and maintain FDA compliance. Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform Purchasing related activities for all Manufacturing, Engineering and Validation processes * Maintain appropriate inventory levels to minimize any risks of stockouts * Establishes and manages daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly production schedules for the site * Access and learn the company MPS & MRP system * Utilize the MRP system in support of PO's, MPS for Planning and conduct various analysis * Understand SOP's * Ability to communicate activities to Supply Chain leadership& engage cross functionally * Support Head of Supply Chain team with required data and analytics * Work with Supply Chain team to build reports and automation of reports * Perform data collection, spreadsheet creation and data analytics * Develop key monthly business presentations in PowerPoint and ensure sources of data for reproducibility and accuracy * High levels of organization and structuring of data Requirements: * BS Degree: Supply Chain or actively working towards degree * Experience in the pharmaceuticals industry * Critical thinking * Solid analytical skills and self-motivated * Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization * Working independently and within a team environment * Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion * Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word * Strong knowledge of ERP system Physical & Mental Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
