Overview

Award-winning architecture firm located in Culver City, California, is seeking a Project Architect to join their team of Architects and Designers.

LA-based Architecture + Interiors Studio is a passionate team of 40 creatives (and growing) with offices in Los Angeles and in San Diego.

They are hiring for their LA location.

They value individual contributions and team-based collaboration. Their portfolio consists of healthcare, workplace, residential, institutional, retail, and commercial projects.

They are currently searching for a passionate Project Architect with 6-8 years of experience. The candidate will work on a team from schematic design through Construction Administration. Candidate must have knowledge about major building systems and must be very good at Revit. An easy-going personality and go-getter attitude are what we are looking for; someone who wants to put in the effort to grow in their position. (Preferred experience in healthcare but not required)

What they look for in a candidate:

Work with Project Managers to take design drawings into construction documents, integrating technical and code, to deliver a fully coordinated set of drawings for both City permitting, bid, and construction documentation.

Work directly with project consultants and governing agencies to develop complete construction documents and specifications.

Be able to work in a collaborative manner.

Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Architecture.

Strong design sensibilities and experience with creative direction.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Be a strong part of our family and be able to mentor staff with less experience.
