About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Brand Marketing Assistant to join our expanding marketing team. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Brand Marketing Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the Brand Marketing Team on various department initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative and organized individual with an appetite to learn and contribute across different verticals within the Brand Marketing Team. What you'll do: * Work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to forge and nurture organic relationships with influencers who align with our brand values by identifying potential new partners, managing master gifting documents, and supporting pre-book allocation and product gifting efforts * Collaborate with the PR & Communications Specialist to identify and engage with new media targets for press inclusions and placements, while monitoring Rhone's media presence and staying updated on industry and competitor news * Assist the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships in coordinating partnership initiatives, including scheduling meetings, helping to prepare materials, and ensuring smooth communication between parties.
