Work you'll do * Support implementation of a comprehensive national workforce development strategy that addresses known skill gaps and talent demands within the defense industrial base using a regionalized and nationally-scalable approach. * Establish a baseline understanding of the workforce supply and demand * Engage and optimize regional workforce systems through stakeholder engagement, employer support, workforce training and talent management pipelines * Foster the adoption of promising and proven talent management practices * Utilize professional relationships and subject matter expertise to participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues. * Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports. * Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products. * Assist in proposal development, as requested. * Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients * Support projects and workstreams The team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree required * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. * Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role. * Ability to travel up to 50%-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. * 2 total years of professional work experience Preferred: * 2 years of experience in workforce development * 1 years of experience in management consulting * 1 years of defense industrial base or manufacturing sector experience For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington State, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80k-$134k. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
