Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Data Architect with 18 to 20 years of expertise in PL/SQL DBMS & SQL Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Store Operations and Merchandising. This role involves analyzing complex data sets to drive strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities * Lead the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decisions. * Oversee the development and maintenance of PL/SQL scripts to ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Provide detailed reports and dashboards using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to track performance metrics. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. * Implement data-driven solutions to optimize store operations and merchandising strategies. * Conduct regular audits of database systems to ensure optimal performance and security. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data analysis processes and methodologies. * Train and mentor junior analysts to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data management and analysis. * Utilize advanced SQL techniques to extract manipulate and analyze large data sets. * Provide actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making processes. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency. Qualifications * Possess extensive experience in PL/SQL DBMS & SQL Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. * Demonstrate a strong understanding of store operations and merchandising. * Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Showcase the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Display proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation. * Have a proven track record of implementing data-driven solutions. * Show capability in training and mentoring junior team members.
