About the Role The Information Technology Group (ITG) is a collection of people, processes and technology investments that are designed to achieve the business goals of FTI Consulting.  The Financial Systems Analyst will provide end user support to FTI's financial systems. The financial systems analyst will also be responsible for the assessment, identification and functional definition of requirements / solutions to meet FTI's business needs. What You'll Do * Primary responsibilities include responding to Unit 4, Carpe Diem, Chrome River and other third-party systems support calls/tickets * Assist with identification, analysis and resolution of issues within the financial system, internal & external interfaces / reporting and user security * Knowledge of access level security, segregation of duties, and risk mitigation * Participating in software application testing * Assist with projects for Unit4 (financial system) and work collaboratively with other system support teams/users to integrate, design, test and implement solutions How You'll Grow ITG uses an "IT Service Portfolio" approach to align with business priorities, and to articulate and communicate the diversification of IT investments for the business.   FTI Consulting leverages the Information Technology Group (ITG) to accomplish the following goals: Improve Practitioner Productivity and grow the business with IT, Reduce Risks with IT in the business, and Manage a balanced set of IT investments that meet business objectives.
