Responsibilities * Lead, manage, and mentor a team of logistics professionals and third-party logistics partners. * Drive and participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects to enhance overall logistics performance. * Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal efficiency and service level and oversee quarterly budgets, invoice control, and capital improvement projects within the assigned locations. * Proactively recognize improvement opportunities, create compelling business cases, and secure management approval for implementation. * Foster within the logistics team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning and provide clear direction, set expectations, and offer regular feedback and coaching to team members.
