Fuse is looking for a detail-oriented Production Controller to support the production, quality, and program teams in driving to excellence in on-time, high-quality deliveries. This role will be integral to Fuse's ability to deliver products for U.S. defense agencies that improve the sharing of information among warfighters distributed throughout airborne, maritime, and ground environments. The coupling of commercially proven design with rigorous systems engineering gives Fuse an ability to rapidly design, develop and field solutions well inside of typical military design cycles. What you'll do: * Maintain the day-to-day schedule for production starts and completions * Issue and track manufacturing orders for production * Validate in process work matches electronic records * Coordinate with Quality department on the collection and retention appropriate production records * Assist in coordinating with purchasing and receiving to validate material is on hand for planned manufacturing operations and to align schedule to planned receipt of parts * Assist in the creation of purchase requisitions to cover projected material shortfalls * Develop production schedule based on parts arrival, technician availability, and company priorities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the implementation of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems for production, quality and purchasing * Assist in the inspection and correction of data in the inventory management system in support of ERP transition
