ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Communicates with vendors, producers, policy holders, clients and insurance companies to communicate claim status; * Provides initial and on-going advocacy on losses including reserve, coverage analysis, and communication; * Reports to authorities as applicable, providing updates on litigated claims; * Provides producer inquiry assistance; * Creates and maintains reports and worksheets as needed; * Travels as necessary to attend appeal hearings, trials, and assist with on-site investigations; * Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information); * Other duties as assigned.
