Our Financial Services Consulting team includes management consultants who help financial institutions respond to digital proliferation by focusing on customer-oriented services, just-in-time services, and modularized product offerings. As a Financial Services Industry Consulting Director, you will have access to building incredible opportunities with our clients. You will work collaboratively as part of a client-facing team to deliver value to our clients and help them meet their business objectives. Our client base and expertise span strategic financial services institutions including top U.S. banks, global payment providers, and top wealth management firms. You will regularly interact with and learn from our industry experts and more experienced team members in driving business solutions and outcomes to help our client achieve their digital, data and transformational goals. Key Responsibilities * Manages and/or oversees the management of large and complex client engagements. * Adapts existing processes and procedures to create alternative solutions to complex problems. * Assesses the value of business and/or technology trends and identifies opportunities for incorporating these into the client's business and/or IT solutions * Drives the operational processes and services in support of knowledge management objectives to continuously improve program services and increase value delivered to clients. * Regularly serves as a pre- sales support specialist through the development of materials and by presenting complex solutions to prospective clients as a subject matter expert. * Accountable for mentoring and development throughout the organization. * Designs and manages various competency-based development and training programs. * Key contributor to the development of leading-edge consulting solutions * Develops and maintains effective relationships with top executives in targeted companies. Basic Qualification Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in business or a related field * 8+ years of experience of Financial Services Industry in a project management function * 4+ years of experience in a Management Consulting firm (Big 4 preferred) or client services experience * 2+ year(s) of experience on projects that focused on one or more of the following financial services projects: * Commercial lending target operating model * Commercial lending customer experience and user experience * Commercial loan product design and management * Commercial credit risk and credit operations * Commercial lending technologies * Process design and optimization * Commercial loan servicing * AI applications within lending About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
