Student Coordinator for Student Life Bookmark this Posting Print Preview | Apply for this Job Posting Details Posting Detail Information Student Requisition Number 2025092STP Job Title Student Coordinator for Student Life Number of Positions Available 4 Funded by Federal Workstudy only Yes Description of Job Duties and Responsibilities The Student Coordinators for Student Life will work closely with the Assistant Director of Student Life to execute the vision of the Office of Residential and Student Life (ORSL) at Fairmont State University. * Assist with the planning and execution of campus activities and events including set up and tear down, as well as being in attendance. * Schedule various campus events and activities including contacting organizations, making reservations and ensuring that all programs are on the shared calendar. * Work in tandem with the ORSL marketing team for event advertisement; responsible for completing flyer; bulletin board management; removal of past due event flyers or materials that do not pertain to Fairmont State University. * Help manage the student activities email inbox * Keep detailed records of all web submissions for Registered Student Organizations (RSO) * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
