Responsibilities: * Conduct quality inspections on manufactured/modular homes to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications. * Analyze blueprints, specifications, and drawings to understand the scope of project. * Collect data and document findings during inspections. * Collaborate with construction foreman to address any issues or concerns. * Perform quality control checks on materials and workmanship. * Inspect pipelines, structures, and other components during production of manufactured/modular homes. Requirements: * Proven experience in construction inspection or a related field. * Please list this experience in your application * Strong knowledge of quality control processes in manufactured/modular home construction. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, excellent communication skills. * Ability to work outside in all seasons and in inclement weather and must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. * Must employ good judgment and prioritize safety always. Must adhere to all safety guidelines to ensure work is completed within safety and compliance standards. * Regular attendance is a critical part of the position. The selected individual must be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure.
