We are looking for someone who is passionate about the full UX design lifecycle from dissecting the problem to creating the final designs. You'll be paired with a mentor and work closely with them to advance your skills. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts, lead initiatives that refine technical skills, and have unparalleled mentorship and growth opportunities that will elevate your career. #Futureshaper Locations Available: Atlanta, GA MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Be pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree related to human centered design (such as Human-Computer Interaction; Information Science; Digital Design; User Experience Design; etc.) * Be graduating between December 2024 and May 2025 * Have portfolio of projects that demonstrates your designs, processes, and thinking. * Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. · WE VALUE: * Previous experience with design systems and product design * Fluent with design sketching and prototyping tools, e.g., Sketch, Figma, Invision, etc. * Excellent collaboration and teamwork attitude * Experience with holistic UX analysis and alignments methods, such as experience mapping and persona development. * Experience clearly documenting and communicating design decisions.
