Overview The San Francisco, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking attorneys to join its Workers' Compensation Practice. The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience defending Workers' Compensation claims, including experience appearing before various Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) venues throughout California. Experience with the Workers' Compensation Disability Rating Scale is preferred, but not required. Admission to the California Bar is required. The attorneys who comprise the Workers' Compensation Practice at Lewis Brisbois represent the defense of third-party administrators, insurance carriers, and employers against the claims of employees. We offer our clients vast experience in all areas of workers' compensation. Our attorneys are highly skilled in all aspects of discovery and trial work. We have successfully defended against large exposure cases that include fibromyalgia, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, psych and stress claims, asbestos claims, along with the more common orthopedic, psych, and internal injury claims. We offer competitive compensation and in addition, Lewis Brisbois offers a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with employer contribution, and a bonus for those who meet their minimum hourly requirement.
