Key Responsibilities: * Support Major Incidents by adjusting existing or instrumenting new monitoring to address monitoring deficiencies. * Support Problem Management's enterprise root cause analysis (RCA) processes. * Capture technical information from the relevant stakeholders and synthesize it into useful information in various formats for senior management. * Knowledge of technical excellence with continuous delivery, automated testing, security methodologies, system performance, and disaster recovery concepts. Capable in navigating through a product outage, skilled in identifying performance bottlenecks, spotting anomalous system behavior, and figuring out the root cause of incidents. * Strong ability for using independent judgment to make sound, justifiable decisions and take action to solve problems. * Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently or in team settings on complex production issues. * Participate in On-Call support as needed. * As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. * You will be expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME). * Additionally, you will be required to actively participate and contribute in team discussions, as well as provide solutions to work-related problems. * Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance application functionality. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. * Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. * Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application development processes. Qualification Basic Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of experience in Splunk * Associate's degree Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or Mathematics. * Exposure to basic statistics and applications. * Linux, Configuration Release Management, Design Build Enablement, and Build Management are recommended skills with advanced proficiency in each. Splunk Administration is also recommended with advanced proficiency. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
