Key Responsibilities: * Support Major Incidents by adjusting existing or instrumenting new monitoring to address monitoring deficiencies. * Support Problem Management's enterprise root cause analysis (RCA) processes. * Capture technical information from the relevant stakeholders and synthesize it into useful information in various formats for senior management. * Knowledge of technical excellence with continuous delivery, automated testing, security methodologies, system performance, and disaster recovery concepts. Qualification Basic Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of experience in Splunk * Associate's degree Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or Mathematics. * Exposure to basic statistics and applications. * Linux, Configuration Release Management, Design Build Enablement, and Build Management are recommended skills with advanced proficiency in each. Splunk Administration is also recommended with advanced proficiency.
