Pay ranges from $21 - $30 per hour depending on multiple factors, including specific location, individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities Our teachers work in small groups with students at a 3 student to one teacher ratio. C2 Education offers teachers strong administrative and leadership support so they can focus solely on what matters: tutoring students. Our Center Directors and District Managers for each center take care of the scheduling and communication with parents. * Tutor students in small groups (3 students max). * Tailor C2 Education's proprietary curriculum on SAT, ACT, AP, and school subjects to students' needs. * Track and analyze student progress. * Perform team-based activities as needed. Qualifications Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.). * Ability to tutor in-person. * Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test. * Excited about working with families and students to achieve their goals. * Eligible to work in the US. * A clear background check. * Strong passion for education. Preferred Qualifications * AP-level knowledge in at least one or more subjects. * Previous teaching experience highly desired. No teacher certification or licensure necessary.
