Apply Job Type Full-time Description Social and Digital Marketing Coordinator Full-time, 36 hours per week We offer competitive salary, benefits (including medical, dental, vision), retirement, PTO, and recognize 9 paid holidays. Job Overview: The Social and Digital Marketing coordinator will engage in creating content to promote Jordan Valley Community Health Center (JVCHC) through social media and digital marketing channels. The Social and Digital Marketing Coordinator will help create, implement, and report on digital content marketing plans aligned with the overall brand plan and voice of JVCHC. The role will work fluidly cross-departmentally to identify messaging opportunities as well as assisting with various content marketing items, as needed. Duties: * Brainstorm content with cross-departmental teams based on overall marketing plan, themes, and strategic communication * Create and maintain a content calendar * Provide daily community moderation for social media accounts, blogs, directory listings, and websites; and monitor all accounts for spam and inappropriate engagement. Escalate audience feedback to corresponding team members, as needed * Write copy for digital channels including social media posts, the website, directory listings, and online advertisements * Oversee and edit social media posts created by other team members * Continually update content on blogs and websites. * Write and edit website content that is search-engine optimized with effective keyword placement, etc. * Review/edit/proof copy written copy for internal and external communications to safeguard against inaccuracies and other errors that might harm the Jordan Valley Community Health Center brand * Help maintain and update the Jordan Valley Community Health Center Brand Toolkit * Cultivate and grow the online community that informs, engages, and inspires through Jordan Valley Community Health Center's social media channels. * Generate, share, and reply to online reviews in a positive, helpful, and compliant manner * Manage social media advertising campaign strategy, implementation, and reporting * Analyze the ongoing performance of our digital marketing channels, create, and maintain report * Participate in the marketing department's continuing education initiatives * Connect regularly with the Marketing and Communications Officer to discuss upcoming content, correspondence, and digital marketing reports Benefits Our benefits are designed to encourage a healthy work-life balance. * Health (Both HSA and FSA options and access to our Telemedicine program) * Vision * Free dental and life insurance, and long term disability.
