Pay Philosophy The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role. Description The preference is for the candidate to be located close to a hub and be in the office a minimum of 2 days/week (Hubs: Boston MA, Portsmouth NH, Plano TX) although candidates from any location will be considered. As a member of the Global Brand & Communications team, the Senior Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing Liberty Mutual's Executive LinkedIn Program to contribute to our enterprise goals. This role will specifically plan, develop, and successfully implement complex marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, as we aim to promote our brand as a best place to work and attract top-tier talent to our organization. The Senior Social Media Manager will work within an integrated team model to deliver successful social media results that will aid in raising brand awareness among prospective talent and engaging our own employees. Responsibilities: * Strategic management of social channels: Manage the content strategy, planning and development process for the LinkedIn channels of key leaders within Liberty Mutual, driving brand awareness and thought leadership in the industry. Oversee all content reviews and approvals with internal stakeholders and responsible for publishing content on channels. * Content Creation: Create compelling, engaging LinkedIn content that aligns with each Executive's communication strategy, personal brand and resonates with their target audience to drive high-performing results. * Partnership Collaboration: In addition to collaborating with Social Media Team peers, you will work in an integrated model partnering closely with key internal partners, including Enterprise Communications, Public Relations, Enterprise Creative, Talent & Digital Marketing, Sponsorships & Integrated Programs, DEI and Legal, as well as with an external creative agency and Liberty's account management team at LinkedIn. * Social Media Best Practices: Proactively stays up to date on social media best practices, conducts regular competitor analysis and industry research to identify opportunities for enhancements, and advises internal stakeholders on best practices for social media. * Performance Reporting: Understand KPI's associated with social channels and ability to optimize to achieve Enterprise goals both short term and long term. Manage all reporting needs on behalf of the Executive LinkedIn Program, crafting presentations that showcase social media results, key insights and recommendations. Qualifications * Experience of working with C-suite level executives and proven record of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships - within teams, across the business, with senior leaders and external agencies. * Strong experience with social media channels and their features, algorithms and best practices, specifically LinkedIn and LinkedIn's Top Voice Program. * Demonstrated ability to develop, execute and optimize social media strategies to drive engagement and achieve business objectives. * Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decision-making. * Strong presentation skills to lead meetings; proficiency in PowerPoint with storytelling, building and customizing presentation decks. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an integrated model. * Detail-oriented, organized, and proven success in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously * Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required * Minimum 8 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing driven organization About Us This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.
