LTU General Information The Business Office is one of 11 divisions in the City of Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) Department. The LTU team provides transit, transportation and utilities services year-round to the citizens of Lincoln. Nearly 600 team members make up LTU. This position is professional administrative and supervisory work with responsibility for assisting in the overall management of business office functions for the Transportation and Utilities Department.  Work involves responsibility for assisting the Business Manager in managing the utility billing section and customer service call center including assisting with annual audits and financial analysis requests, monitoring credit collections and permits, and overseeing the meter reading section.   * Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in accounting, business or public administration, or related field * Four years of professional level supervisory experience in Transportation and Utilities business office * Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities, and skills.
