Position Summary: CP Skin Health Group is looking for a Transportation Specialist in our Phoenix/Deer Valley Warehouse & Distribution Center. The Transportation Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound warehouse operations on a daily basis. The regular schedule will be Monday to Friday onsite, with occasional weekends. What You'll Do: * Reconcile inbound delivery to Packing List, Post Goods receipt in SAP * Create warehouse task for Putaway to designated storage bin * Shipping in timely manner, including shipping from Contract manufacturers to inbound * Oversee all transportation, including Inbound and Outbound shipment orders, verification, and invoicing * Authorize invoices for payment * Short and long range planning and logistical analysis * Prepare for twice-yearly physical inventory; may need to work weekends occasionally * Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and all applicable regulations and guidance What We're Looking for: * You are a results-driven people professional with excellent communication skills * Organized and timely * Excellent with time management * Detail oriented * Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment with strong multi-tasking abilities Required Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years experience in warehousing and transportation operation * You have adequate English proficiency to ensure that safety protocols and efficient operations are maintained. Spanish speaking is a plus. * Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) * SAP experience, or equivalent warehousing/inventory management systems experience Physical job requirements: * This is a position at the warehouse offices where most of the work will be done in front of the computer. * The position will require, from time to time, to walk in the warehouse loading areas, standing during loading and unloading throughout the workday as consistent with a warehouse and office environment. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $52 000,00 - $63 000,00 USD Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
